Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased from the Bliva website (“Platform”), owned and operated by Oraya Essentials LLP (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order on the Platform, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Shipping Partners
All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post (Speed Post). The choice of logistics partner shall remain at the sole discretion of the Company.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
Orders are generally dispatched within 3 (three) working days from:
- Successful payment confirmation, or
- Order confirmation
unless a different timeline is communicated at the time of placing the order. Dispatch timelines are indicative and subject to operational and logistical constraints.
3. Delivery Timelines & Limitations
Products will be delivered within 7 days of dispatch.
Delivery timelines provided are estimated only and subject to:
- Courier company or postal authority norms
- Serviceability of the delivery location
- Force majeure or unforeseen circumstances
Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, the Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by the logistics provider or postal authority.
4. Cancellation & Shipping Alignment
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled, and no refunds shall be issued, except as expressly provided under the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
5. Delivery Address & Customer Responsibility
All orders will be delivered only to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.
- Accuracy and completeness of the delivery address
- Availability at the delivery location
The Company shall not be responsible for delivery failure or delay due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
6. Damaged Shipments
If the package appears tampered, damaged, or leaked at the time of delivery, customers must:
- Refuse acceptance of the shipment, and
- Contact customer care immediately
Damage reported after accepting delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund, as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Shipping Charges
Any shipping charges levied shall be:
- Clearly communicated at checkout or order confirmation
- Non-refundable under all circumstances
8. Proof of Delivery
Delivery shall be deemed completed when confirmed by courier delivery status or delivery confirmation at the address provided by the customer.
9. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, government restrictions, or transport disruptions.
10. Legal Compliance & Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located at the registered address of the Company.
