📦 When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 3 working days after successful payment confirmation.
🚚 Which courier do you use?
We ship orders through trusted domestic courier partners or India Post (Speed Post).
❌ Can I cancel my order?
Yes — orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
💄 Do you accept returns or refunds?
No. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on cosmetic products.
⚠️ What if I receive a defective product?
In rare cases of manufacturing defects, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or videos. All such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our decision will be final and binding.
